I tried the Panasonic DVD ones but no luck. The Technics cd ones were ineffective, as well. There's a A7 ccf out there, but his "power on" and "power off" buttons he uses in a macro are one and the same, just plain "power". Thanks, Ted

Try play for on and power for off .

Thanks. In fact I took your idea one step further by making the "power off" command to be play/delay/power, so as to insure that the unit is in the "on" status before I turn it off (it has a timer that turns it off after non-use, etc.) Ted
