My great old 1000 just bought the farm (my 9 year old dropped a plate and busted the screen). Unless someone has one that they will sell cheap I am going to upgrade to a 2000 (can't afford the 6000 yet).
Can I transfer my ccf from PE to the 2000 and have it function the same? Will the same version of PE even work with the 2000? Finally, how does the NEO compare to the 2000? I like the size but I need it to operate X10, etc.

Yes it will work fine.
However, you cannot use ProntoEdit 1.05 to download it to the 200.
You should use ProntoEdit 2.0 or preferably ProntoEdit 4.05.
