I am trying to get a SONY VHS logo to appear on a panel for my pronto 2000. I have the "sony vhs" button from a large gallery that I downloaded but when I download the ccf file to the remote from the PC, the only time I see the logo is in Learn mode.
What should I do.

Bob,
That's the normal behavior.
After you go into "learn" mode, press the button, and transmit an IR code into the Pronto, you'll see the button when you return to "use" mode.
If you want to see the button in "use" mode, even before you've taught it an IR command, just include a temporary delay under the button's "Action" tab.
Personally, I prefer that the buttons not appear until AFTER they've been "learned" so that I know at a glance which ones have been learned and which ones haven't.

Joe,
I'm trying to show a Logo. It is not a working button, but a small picture in the panel which is there for cosmetic purposes only

don't add the image to a button, but add it to a frame. Also there needs to be a button with an action on the panel
