For some reason the buttons aren't displaying their lables correctly. I've tried everything, but can't get it right. It looks right in the emulator, but not on my Pronto. Please email me at [email protected] and I'll respond with the CCF. I would be most appreciative! Thanks!

Patrick,
What software are you using for the remote? Is it PE 4.05? Also what windows are you running?

Try to reinstall PE(ProntoEdit) and see if this works. If not tell us the above answears.

I am using Sys v4.8, App v5.3, ProntoEdit 4.0.5, and Windows XP Pro Ed. So I uninstalled ProntoEdit, redownloaded it and reinstalled it. Still having same problem.

And as I said, the problem is only occuring on 2 panels in my CCF, for a total of about 8 buttons.

Which Remote are you using? What exactly do you mean by "not correctly"? Wrong font, no font, strange symbols? Are you using Internet Explorer? If so which version and have you made any updates or changes to it recently?

I would try reflashing the Firmware, cout'nt hoit!

Mike,
He's has a Pronto tsu 2000. Or the European equal.

Patrick,
The symbols that are used on those two panels, are they used any where else in the ccf? If so, then I would delete those panels, and just start over on those two panels. Just to see what happens.

If the problem still happens, then email me the ccf, and tell me what panel it's happening on. Just in case it does not happen with me.

I'm using the TSU2000, and I had already tried reflashing the firmware tonight. Here is the problem:

The right way, and the way it's displayed in the emulator:

The way it's displayed on my Pronto:

Is it possible that those symbols won't display on my Pronto at a certain font size? Can symbols only be displayed on the Pronto at a certain size?

Just found the answer in the FAQ. Symbols only available in 10, 14 & 18. Thanks!

Good for you! Good Job!! KUDOS ARE IN ORDER!!!

That's what I wish more would do . . . keep looking on your own even while asking for help!

And it's why I don't consider myself a Pronto God . . . as soon as I read it, I remembered, but it just didn't occur to me.......too many dead & aging brain cells, I guess.

Again . . . Congratulations!!!!!

Here's a reward (sorta) for your perserverence . . . click on the last ! after Congratulations. I try to put it in a similar position on most of my posts. Hope you find it useful.
