I just purchased the TSU2000 and downloaded 4.0.5 pronto edit software. I'm not able to communicate with the remote. Note: I have XP Pro on my home machine, and XP home on the laptop. Does anyone have a solution for this problem?

Thanks
Keith K

I Don't have a PDA. I did find an interesting thing following up on Tony Goldens' response. I didn't find the fax service to be the problem I found a program being loaded by XP called SKEYS.EXE that was hijacking my port upon boot up on both of my machines. I found it by ending one program @ a time in the processes tab of the task manager. Once SKEYS.EXE was ended I had control of the port again.

Thanks to everyone for your ideas and help.
