Is there anyway to make the RF work everytime, Sometimes it take two pushes of a button to get the code out and macros never seem to get all the codes out. If I use the remote with all IR setting everything works perfect everytime. The remote needs to be RF so my client does not have to point at anything.

This may sound strange but try moving the RF extender far from your equipment and try it.

You may have to adjust the delays in your macros.

Also try pointing it in the air and you could extend your ir . C'mon the pro does every thing a customer needs . Is it too much to point it in a general direction ? I have found the IR works 100 % of the time . The RF can be sketchy try putting two targets up at the two extreme's of the room (two is the maximum you can parallel on a simple connecting block) that way no matter where they point the 6000 or any remote , it works .
The delays will help but some macros can get very long if your opening draperies , droping a projector ,turning off lights , turning on equipment , ceiling stars and blinds . etc. . etc. .
IR . it just works

Like advised you should make sure you have delays and if so try adding some time to them. I had a couple dead spots in my room. I am talking within inches (RF only). My equipment is in another room also. I moved the RF receiver from one side of my rack to the other and all the dead spots are gone.
You have to determine when you push the button twice if you are possibly moving the remote the second time. If not it is most likely a delay issue if you are moving the remote then you need to move the RF receiver. I had a friend in the rack and he moved the receiver and I kept going back to the known dead spots until it worked every time then we wire tied it in place.
