Best bets are the ProntoEdit v4.0 manual (assuming your using the v 4 software and you should) and the TSU 2000 user manual. Downloading the FAQ is also quite helpful.

also since all the remotes are more or less the same it is not a bad idea to go with all of them. One of them might explain something in a way that is easier for you.
