Hello there, just got my second TSU6000, uploaded my same ccf to it (that I used on the first one), it rebooted and now it's stuck on the same screen. U can see the home button, the "remote" picture, the time, the macro button (at the top) and the hard keys buttons (at the bottom) but blank white in tI can press everything, no beeps, a reset will not do anything and a firmware upgrade doesn't go through. Uploading new ccf's won't work, Prontoedit can't talk to it anymore... It's just stuck... !!!
Any help appreciated. I called philips and all they had to say was hit the reset button and then well take it back but I need it to work now.. argh... hehe
Thanks for your time.

When you download your ccf file did you wake it up just prier to it connting to the remote. If that doesn't work, take out the batteries for at elast 8 hour, prefer 24. By the way, what happen with the first remote? Was it the same thing? If it was, then maybe it's the ccf file that you downloaded to the remote. In that case make a new cff. Yeah it might be a pain. But you know what, it's gonna work after that. King of typos

Probably something up with that CCF file of yours.

How did you create your CCF? Did you convert a mono CCF to 6000 format by double clicking on it? If so, the graphics are corrupted, and it is conceivable that it cause something like you've got.
