Hi
Just bought a ProntoPro after having RC5000 nicked!!
Can anybody tell me if it is possible when selecting a device for the same panel to appear each time. i.e if you have 3 panels on a device named DVD and you are on panel 2, if you select another device and then return to DVD, it returns to panel 2. I am trying to make it return to panel 1 each time regardless of which panel I was on previously, can this be done?
Any help would be much appreciated.
Josh

Josh,
When selecting a device from the device menu (drop-down list), it will always jump you to the last panel viewed of that device. If you want to always jump to "Panel 1", then you need to create buttons for your devices that have a "jump to panel 1" action. This is exactly how the default configurations are done (the buttons are configured this way on the home page).

Josh,
On the Action tab for the property for the device, put a jump to the screen you'd like to see when you select the device from the device list.
You must also insert a .1 sec delay or the jump will not work.

you can also put a jump in the device's action list. The only problem is that it only gets performed when you use the menu. So if you jump to home or macro and press the device button, the jump (in the action list) will not be performed

Cheers Gents
I tried the jump to panel 1 in the devices properties but although the first panel did appear it jumped straight to the previous viewed panel. (didn't hold on panel 1). I'll try it with the .1 delay tonight and see if that solves it.
Thanks again
Just tried it with a delay and it works perfectly.
Cheers Joe and others
Regards Josh
Josh
