Does anyone know where I can get a new battery for the Pronto TSU1000, that is of course if I need one. I cannot get the Pronto to charge on the docking station. The light comes on but goes off after a short time. It has been sitting on the docking station for days now and still has not charged (ie flashing battery signal).
I don't think it is the docking station as I can charge another TSU1000 on the docking station so what could possibly be the solution here.
Mark.

Try reseating the battery (in the Docking Station link below), also check the Parts link, for battery info. MIKE

battery testing drains the battery, so the tester stops once the flashing battery appears. Like Mike said you have to break the connection between the battery and Pronto to reset the tester (like you would normally do with batteries that are no more good)

How about this. Since you have two remotes. Swtich the batteries. And put both remote, different times. And see if it does it to the other remote. I mean it could be the battery, or it could be the remote. If it doesn't do it again. Then don't worry about it. But if it's a bad battery. Then I would but a new one. If you still have the papers, there should be a order form. If it's the remote, then I would buy a new one. Better too. King of typos

Try to check connection between batery and remote. Sometimes, changing bateries, one can fold down small connectors at remote. Check this out. I had such case.
