Recently I tried to add a new device to my TSU6000. Everything works fine in the emulator, but when I downloaded it to my remote the new screens show up garbled. Some of the icons are partially visible, and selecting them results in the correct behavior.

I tried upgrading my firmware. This has happened with multiple CCF files for the same device.

Any ideas?

This happens when you 'convert' a monochrome CCF to color by double clicking on it to start ProntoProEdit. You do not get asked to convert the icons and they end up being stored in 2-bit color format rather than 8-bit. The emulator can handle these images but not the Pro.

The correct way to convert a mono CCF is to start ProntoEdit then use Open to browse to the mono CCF.

Of course you should switch to ProntoEdit 4.03.

I don't know of any way to fix your current CCF, other than delete and replace each bad icon.
