Just got an email from blue do ,they told me that Ecosts.com tsu2000s are refurbished units,not new that is why the are on sale for 199.00 any truth to that.

Well, if you go thru the entire checkout process, you'll see that ecost charges you exorbitant shipping, handling and sales tax. So, your total will be significantly higher than $199. They are new though.

I contacted ecost this morning and was told that they are not new...

I emailed them at 5pm but no responce, if they are refurb units are they supposed to say so.

I received mine from ecost about a week ago. Looks new to me. Nothing on the packaging says refurb and the package did not appear to have been opened.
