A VERY subjective question.

My personal opinion is ABSOLUTELY!, others have very different views.

I suggest you use the Search Forum, using +*2000 +dock*, 'within the last year' and decide for yourself.

Click on the links in the box below, in particular you will find : the FAQ, Reviews, Play With It, Phases, Planning and ALIAS.CCF helpful when just starting out.

And remember when you ask questions to be specific in your Heading and very specific in your question, including precisely what your problem/question is and what model Remote you have and what OS you are using on your PC.

Also, don't forget the Search Forum at the bottom of the Page. It may seem slow but it is VERY thourough and don't be mislead by the "0%" you will see on the first screen, it is only a progress marker.

CLICK ON THESE LINKS
FAQ | Files | Reviews | Play with it | Phases | Planning | ALIAS.CCF | Copying

I bought mine for the TS1000 and worked great. When I bought the TSU2000 it wouldn't charge. I had to put the battery in the 1000 and charge it, then put it back in the 2000. I called Pronto and they said the problem was the 2000 connectors, that touch the battery, are made from a different material and they tend to back away from the connection to the battery. They said use a toothpick to pull out the connectors to make better contact and use an eraser to clean the contacts. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
My opinion....I would have bought rechargeable batteries like I have in the 1000 and have 4 back up batteries to put in when charging the others. Much cheaper and you don't have to worry if the 2000 will charge or not.
