I have a problem with my european RU940 or prontoedit4:
When I open a ccf file (downloaded from remotecentral) and try to use the emulator (with RU940 model) I've always got a big "Configuration file Corrupted".
The emulator works only if i choose an american model.
Is it normal ??

I haven't tried the emulator for the RU940, but the RU890 works fine for me. If you CCFs are not to large you can try using this emulator.

was that CCF made for the 940?You could try opening it in the US version and then doing an export to the 940 version, I have no idea if it will help.
