Anyone else have this experience? A Pronto Pro used in conjuction with the RF unit. The power gets interrupted, and the RF unit needs to have its channel changed back and forth to work again. We have a system installed that I personally interrupted the power and had the problem, and another that's been working for a while, and now suddenly isn't. (The system that's been working for a while is partially IR as well, and that part works fine.) Is it a defective RF box? Do they all do it?

I had that problem when I initially set up my system. Had to change the base unit from channel 0 to 1 and then back before it started working. Since then, it's worked fine - even though power has been interupted several times.
