I pulled 2 screws out of it, but it still doesn't want to come apart. What am I missing?

Got it, thanks! One other question:
When taking it apart, a little black piece fell out. I think it may go in the bottom (NOT the back) of the Pronto. So, could ANYONE with a TSU2000 tell me if they can actually see into the inside of the Pronto thru the little hole in the bottom (just below the Philips label on the front), or if it's plugged with a little black piece. Thanks!
