? Why when I create a new menu does it not get loaded to my Pronto? Specifically, I created an additional "page" for my receiver and saved the config. Next I downloaded it to the Pronto and the new page is not there. I closed out of PE and reopened my ccf and the new page shows up...what gives? Am I missing a step or something?
Thanks,

jarhead

In use mode,
1)the Pronto will not show a button that has no action.
2)And it will not show a panel that does not contain at least one active button (1)

Hi jarhead
A button that doesn't yet contain a command won't show up on the Pronto until you put the Pronto into "Learn" mode. In like fashion, a panel with all empty buttons won't show up at all until, I presume, you put the Pronto into "Learn" mode.

I routinely insert a .1 second delay in every new button so that the panel and its buttons will show up on the display in the first place.

Thanks for the tip...it was much simpler than that. The panel had all of its info programmed into it, but somehow the jump to tag got erased from the other three panels. I put that back in and, viola, it works again.
Thanks,

jarhead
