I cancelled a download to my RU940 and my Pronto will no longer respond to any further download requests. It beeps on a regular basis and has a blank screen. I have removed the batteries 3 times for 8, 10 and 15 hours but still the same/ Sometimes I do get a glimmer of hope in the form of the pronto logo which momentarily flashes on the screen (usually when I replace the batteries. Sounds like a reboot loop (though the blank screen is a bit odd). Check the FAQ under "dead remote".
