I have a new TSU2000 and it times out on any learning
from any remote. It just shows "fail". Is there something I need to know about programming it for this?
I'm new to the Pronto-
Any help much appreciated
Thanks
E.Casey

Are you pointing the device remote at the BOTTOM of the 2000? The learning eye of the 2000 is on the bottom (narrow) part of the remote.
