Hi there. My TSU1000 just broke (got stepped on, spider crack on the screen), so I bought a new TSU2000. I just opened it and am trying to get my original TSU1000 CCF file into it. I've got the new pronto edit 4.0.3 I also updated the firmware in the TSU 2000. Anytime I try to download any ccf file to the remote, I get an "error downloading configuration into RC device" message, which I can't get by now. Uploading from the remote seems to work fine so I think the comm port if working. How do I get by this eror and get my original tsu1000 ccf into the tsu2000 cleanly?

Thanks in advance.

Have you rebooted after upgrading to 4.0.3? I have found that if I tap the home key every 2 seconds while the PC is trying to connect, It works every time.

You might also give PE2 a go. Some people appear to be having new comms problems with PE4.

I tried PE4 on 2 different desktop machines and it didn't work. I installed it on my laptop and it worked fine. Weird. Thanks for the suggestions anyway guys (or girls).
