Just downloade a ccf from my laptop to my remote and now my remote is blank and wont do anything but an ocassional beep. Also how do I get the icons from the gallery, like the one for espn, to load onto my remote? I can get them onto the panel but it doesnt show up on the emulator or the remote.

Sounds like the download did not complete. You need to download a fresh copy of the firmware. Make sure it is the latest version.

This is "normal" behavior for the 5200. As Peter mentioned, a reloading of the firmware will bring the 5200 back to its original state. From there, you can reload your ccf.

I have had to do the above many times; it is a defect in the firmware/software, and the reflashing is a workaround, until new firmware comes out which will (hopefully) correct it.

Thank you very much everyone I did what you suggested and was able to get it working. I am now trying out some art work so my next step is to figure out how to get the artwork from print shop to the remote

In Print shop: Save it as a bitmap, make sure it <=256 colors (8 bit), make sure it fits on screen.

In TSS:
1) add a button
2) dblclk button
3) click the icon tab
4) dblclk "No Icon" in the active unselected box
5) pick the file saved in Print shop.
