Just started using the new version, but I have a problem. When downloading FROM the RU940 to the PC there is no problems, but, when uploading back to the RU940 it comes back with "error downloading configuration to RC device"
Any help would be appreiciated

I have just found the readme file and it says "to download you have to "wake up" the unit. I just touched the screen before d/loading and it works, lets hope Philips come up with a fix for this, in the mean time I'll use the old version.

It's actually called "downloading" when going from PC to Pronto.
There are other reasons for using PE4 - bug fixes, new editing features etc. You can actually use both - PE1.05 for downloading and PE4 for editing.
