I am a technology idiot. Have home theater system that crashed and lost all programming in Pronto--so back to 10 remotes. Does anyone know of a reputable person or firm to reprogram the pronto to match my devices including TiVo. Live just south of Boston in Quincy MA. Any and all suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

which was it, your components, or your remote that crashed? if it was your pronto, did you save a copy of your ccf. files that you DL'd into it on the computer that you used to program it? or did you use the default codes that come with it out of the box?
