Hi,
i have a pronto pro here in france and it keeps rebootingafter several minutes or even after using it and put on the table, if i want to turn down the volume, well nothing, the remote is jammed, frozen.; i then have to open the battery socket and press the little Reset button to be able to use it again..
any ideas on what the problem might be?? I still haven't done any upgrade of the remote.. has anyone experienced a problem like this one??

You need to upgrade the firmware to the current version.
