Recently I've found that my TSU6000 does not use the RF extended even when configured to do so. I have a CCF that used to work fine with the extender, but now no matter what I set the devices RF/IR properties to, it uses IR and nothing comes through the RF extender (no lights flashing on it).
This -might- conincide with switching over to ProntoEdit4 but I haven't seen anyone else with this problem.
Thanks for any help anyone may have here...

I'm sorry? Home page? Ugh... did I miss something? Why is that in there!? I'll try it when I get home. Thanks.

Under System Properties, RF Tab, RF Enabled must be clicked. It is badly worded - IR Enabled means IR Only regardless of device settings, RF Enabled means either IR or RF depending on each device setting.

This turned out very strange -- even setting the home device properties to RF... the devices setup to be RF would not work. Then on the remote I went into the IR/RF configuration on each device, changed the device to IR and then back to RF. It then worked! I uploaded the ccf back to ProntoEdit4 and everything's been working ever since.
I just wanted to get this out there in case it happens to anyone else. My TSU6000 just refused to use RF and kept using IR until I forced this configuration on-remote.

Glad you got it working. When I first set my unit up I had to change the channel on the base unit - then set it back - before things worked. Jim L

i had the same problem and i did the same thing to fix it- reset it to IR and then switch it back to RF. i even looked at the setting on the pronto remote itself and it said RF enabled but it still put out IR only. who knows? i updated the firmware since then but i haven't had the problem re-occurr so who knows?
