I have an rc 5000i that is already programed. Can I convert it into a rc 9200 program then upload it into a RC 9200 Thanks

If I'm not mistaken, ProntoProEdit has a function that could provide a crude color extract of your B&W CCF.
From what I understand, it won't be pretty, and all Marantz only functions (multiple jumps, etc) will be lost.
Seems the best way to convert to a color CCF is to start from scratch. (If you want it to look decent)
There aren't many color CCF's in the files section as we speak, but the ones that are there are pretty darn good, especially Dale's and Daniel's.
You could always download those CCF's, steal what you want, and make your own CCF.
