When I tried to download a ncf it locked up my neo with the msg "invalid cf version or corrupt flash"
what's next. I tried to reset but get same msg..

The ncf for the Marantz and Neo are a bit different. There is a way to change one to the other (search the Pronto Neo forum) but that does sound like your problem
