I just got a new RC9200 Color Marantz - and I am trying to dowload codes & new screens - do I use the color Pronto stuff ??

for codes it does not matter. But for button shapes, the ProntoPro stuff is color, the rest is B&W, so Pro CCFs would be your best bet.

There's a few RC9200 CCFs out there, but for the most part you'll need to come up with your own screens (as the RC9200 has more usable space than the ProntoPro).
