I have new TSU2000 for about a week. Had just finished programing in Lutron remote light switch, soon after remote quit working unless on docking station.As soon as removed from docking station it would go blank. I removed the rechargeable batt. on put in AA's,will not respond at all with AA's.Put back in rechargeable's still only works on charger.I've hooked up to ProEdit,went to tools and tryied to updade but cannot reset unit.Finally got screen to say revert, but now blank again.????

Sounds like you may have to return it. Maybe you just made a typo, but the 2000 is a B&W unit, you really didn't try to update it with Pro Edit (color software) did you? If you didn't try to update using the TSU2000 FIRMWARE UPGRADE (not the software) you can download it here:[Link: remotecentral.com]. You may want to try this before returning the unit. I used flimware upgrade. Ever time I remove it from the docking/chargeing station it goes blank,after a few minutes it will beep twice like it is resetting. It works fine as long as its not removed from the docking station again.??????
