Newbie question:

I cannot teach my Pronto Pro any command from any of my old remotes. I must be doing something dumb.. Please advise..

First off, (and don't think you're so dumb . . . lots of people make this mistake) Make sure you are pointing your OEM Remotes at the REAR END of the Pronto.

Second, make sure that ALL Remotes have new batteries (or are fully charged).
