Mng. I just received my rc-5000i yesterday night. it seems to function pretty well ubtil i tried to customize it with my pc. i plugged the rc and chose the update function inthe tool menu. after a few sec the computer told me the rc was updated. the rc emitted a bip and never switched on again. it keeps on emitting beeps every 20 secs, but do not switch on. even the back light does not work. there is nothing on screen. I tried to reupdate the rc, but the computre tells me the rc is not responding. Also tried to reset. Any idea what is going on? who should I get in touch with? Help!!!!!

Also, don't forget the Search Forum at the bottom of the Page. It may seem slow but it is VERY thourough and don't be mislead by the "0%" you will see on the first screen, it is only a progress marker.
