the only way to do what you want is with delays, but when the delay is running you cannot use the Pronto (if you stop it the sleep function will be killed) if you do do it, I would go with 90 sec = 1.5 min so 10=15min or 20=30 and then use that for the sleep timer
Here are some alternatives
1) make a timer button that ends at a given (exaggerated) time like 4 am
2) just have one timer (must be on the macro side), but you edit the time
2) make a timer panel, on the macroside with non active timers (no days selected) then all you need to do is in edit mode add the day (todays), so if it is 10 and you want in one hour you activate the 11 button (you can find an example on my Pro CCF
