Hi

The Pronto Edit program is programmed so you would connect the Pronto to Serial Port (COM1).

My computer Com1 is used and I cannot remove the device connected. Is there is a way to re configure the Pronto Edit so it can talk to other Serial Ports?

Thank you

Sam, New Zealand

It actually wants to connect to what it thinks is the first available port from COM1 to COM4. It must think that COM1 is free if it is trying to use it.

If you can't get it to work with COM2, try using Tonto instead.
