Anybody have a discrete code to select 16:9 on a DTC-100 in HD Mode? Yeah, I know I can do menu, 6, 4, up, select, but that's really a toggle. It's not in the files section (discrete's or ccf's). Thanks. HNick

What I did was use the regular remote for commands I couldn't find discretes for and wrote down the exact key presses or you could use the Pronto if you like. I then programmed a macro into the pronto and one for the reverse. I know it is not a discrete but it works. I have one for antenna A and B. Then I have Back from A and Back from B. It was a lot of key presses but now it's done and works great :)

Hi ECHOSLOB,

Thanks for the response - I was really looking for discretes. OBTW, there is a discrete code for antenna input. HNick

Could you post it? Also would you have a discrete for the HD button? I have the toggle for it but I haven't found a discrete.

Echo, discretes for both antennas and DTV, and HD on, HD off are listed in the discrete files section of this site.

Give me a little nore info on what you are trying to accomplish, and please be specific. Maybe I could come up with an idea.

Someone sent me this fudge for changing the DTC100's TV type select from 16:9 to 4:3 and vice-versa. It's ugly but it works

menu
6
4
up
up
select
exit
(add your TV's 16:9 mode select here)

I might have the 6 and 4 reversed I'm relying on poorly maintaned nuron RAM ;)
