Error message when trying to download to my ProntoPro -- "Trying to download to an incorrect devise! Check that a ProntoPro is connected"

I have 2 PronotPro's and had never had a problem and then I downloaded the latest version of ProntoPro Edit and now I can't download? I also downloaded the latest Application version to download to the ProntoPro units but it will not download to the PronoPro's? I am using same cable as I have always used, same computer, etc. Only difference is the updated program I downloaded (but the program looks to be working correctly). I did reinstall the old program in a different area and opened an old copy of the previously working program that I had NOT opened with the new version software and it still did the same thing?

Any thoughts?

Did you upgrade the firmware after you installed ProntoEdit 3.4? [From Tools menu, select Update]

I sometimes have the same error/problem of downloading a CCF. I just click the 'OK' message, tap the ProntoPro's screen (so that it activates to ON), then attempt to download again. This seems to always work! One note - I always put the remote on it's Home screen....don't know if that matters or not.

I think that there is only the one firmware release.
