I have a Marantz 9200 remote and have been using the most update software to program this thing. I am trying to learn the buttons on a Zenith 1080 HD receiver using the computer and almost every time I try and learn a button the program shuts down on me. I have tried everything I can think of such as deleting the IR device and redoing it, different distances from the remotes and nothing seems to work including learning the buttons without the use of the computer and still is not working. Any idea's?

Don't learn while attached to the computer. Learn on the remote, then upload. If you haven't seen Mikes help bar on creating an alias.ccf. Find it in one of the other threads and read the links. It'll save you lots of reprograming time.
