I'm ready to hang myself in the bathroom!!! I've just downloaded and installed RCedit 2.3. Supposedly it features the 4.91 firmware update. I've tried to upload the firmware into the RC 3 times and failed. I get a "This firmware is not designed for your device" error message. I have a RC-friggin'-5000 remote with 1Mb, Sys V3.61, App4.84. I also tried downloading the previous firmware version with a similar "wrong device" message. What gives?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Any help would be greatly appreciated-I'm not sure the shower curtain can take weight.

Thanks in advance,
Greg

Thanks for the reply. I've downloaded the latest "Touchscreen Setup 1.0.14" program and everything went as expected with that version. BTW, is there a downloadable manual for this version?
Thanks,
Greg

Greg,

No manual as of yet. The use of the software is basically the same as other versions of the software. You can download the manual for RC Edit from this site and use that.
