I need some help on what to do to get my Pronto Pro to control the lighting system in my home Theater. There are four distinct light switches operated using the Radio Ra. Since I'm new to this, details will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

"Radio Ra" sounds like RF (Radio Frequency), not IR (Infrared, what most remotes including the ProntoPro use). Are your lights already controllable by remote? Is the remote IR or RF? Randy www.RRDeals.com

Radio Ra is an RF system made by Lutron. I have seen earlier references suggesting that there is a way to control the system using Pronto Pro. I believe it involves an IR interface, but that is all I know.
Yes, the lights are controlable by remote - and it is an RF remote.

You need to pick up a Lutron RA-IR Infared Interface.
Then, if I'm not mistaken, there are CCF's in the files section for this piece.
