When I go to system properties for home or a device and select the "hard keys" button the image displayed of the pronto is like a double image, and the reflection (the image which is offset) is where I can select the buttons. When I go to properties in the macro area the botton four buttons on the bottom are not selectable at all. Is anyone else having this problem? I have Pront Edit Color Version #3.4.0

You can't program bottom buttons on devices in the Macro Groups area with any model Pronto. [You can on Marantz models.]
