Time to purchase. Does anyone have any suggestions or good experiences they can pass along?

I would really appreciate it!

Thanks,

-Jeff

Don't know if many people have them in stock right now, but you could try Bruce (Alpha2data).

I, too, can highly recommend buying from Bruce. He has very competitive prices and his service is truly fantastic.

I'll third that. I just received my TSU2000 from Bruce this week. He was fantastic. Bruce even went out of his way to let me know that I hadn't updated my eBay email since the [email protected] debacle.

I would definately go with Bruce. I have been asking questions for the last 8 months about the tsu6000 and he answered every one of them in detail and with patience. I am happy to say that I just bought one yesterday and he does a great job with customer service. Top notch!!!

"Stereo"...

I would too! ;-) I was just doing catch up (Thank all of you above, I am humbled... _truely_) and I caught this thread.

Although I did have a couple of all eBay contests last spring where you could get a Pronto for $1.99 and a "bundle" with a Dock for $2.99, that posting was a product of what I call the "copy/paste monster". It is weird that no one asked me about it. There were a couple of times, actually more than a couple over the past 13 months, where I did wind up delivering a Pronto "Bundle" (TSU2k & DS1k) at the cost of the Pronto alone due to my posting error.

I have always honored my mistakes if it was the expectation of the buyer to wind up with the item at the price posted even if a customer emailed to ask me to verify the pricing in advance because that allowed me to catch the error and stop it before ultimate ruin would set in as it usually would affect multiple listings and not just one.

In the above auction, the buyer knew it was an error because he had already bought the Pronto and I had sent the link for the Dock only... or what I thought was the dock only ;-)

I just started reposting yesterday on eBay and noted I had to revise out the same kind of error in a couple of the TSU2000 only listings. I thought I was pretty careful, and now I am wondering if it has anything to do with FrontPage97 because there is no pulldown in the HTML view for copy/paste and I have to use Ctrl-C & Ctrl-V.

I better take a closer look or finally install the upgrade that's been sitting here for months.

For the record... if any remote central regular already has the pronto and dock, but is looking for a friend, and finds that kind of error, I will send you a free "IEC" leather glove for email ing to let me know about it.
