Using a Pronto ts1000 for 6 months now. I had combined some ccf to my satisfaction, but some buttons don't work anymore. So I re-downloaded my ccf and tried to have the Pronto learn directly the IR with no success. I get the Learn boxm then push the button on the Pronto, proceed to the other remote emitting the signal, then I get a beep and a Fail box. BTW, I searched the site and have read the article with tips about that (I changed the batteries, went into a dark room away from ir interference, tried may different distances, etc...) Any ideas?

You are pointing the OEM Remote at the Rear End of the Pronto, RIGHT?

The Ir RECEIVING window is the small round dot below the two hard buttons, right at the case split.
