I need help! I just got a Pronto TSU2000 for Christmas and I can get all my home theatre components to operate but I can't get my Sony SAT-A55 Digital Satellite Receiver to operate with the Pronto. I tried the "learn" function and tried loading through ProntoEdit software a "ccf" for the Sony SAT-A55 but no luck. I'm stuck! I need someone to recommend another alternative. Thanks for anyone's ideas!

Go into the sat setup menu. You may have your
remote set in RF mode. Set it to IR mode.

This is a bummer since the RF remote on this
sat is really a nice feature.

I have mine working on this same sat rcvr

Captain Joe,

That worked great! Thanks! Do I dare take one of the ccf files from the archives? The files seem to be part of whole system set up. The bmp files are pretty cool though. Thanks again and have a great new year!
