All of the panels in my ccf have the "is hidden" option checked. Yet when I go into certain devices, the scroll arrows are still there. This is not in all devices, but one in particular that I can think of at the moment.

Any particular reason why a panel that is checked off as being hidden really is not?

make sure ALL panels are hidden. If one of them is not, the arrows will appear. Go to the problematic device on the emulator, and then use the scroll arrow, it should move to the none hidden panel.

That's the odd thing. All panels have the "is hidden" option checked and all are bracketed in ProntoEdit, indicating a hidden panel.

And sometimes, it seems to be different devices that decide to have the scroll arrows at different times. I've noticed it on my VCR device, yet I just looked at it now and no matter which of the three panels I look at, there are no scroll arrows.

On the other hand, right now my TV device has four panels, all supposedly hidden, yet I can scroll to any one of the four panels.

All I can say is, it's really odd. It's not a major problem, just curious.

I too have all panels hiden in all my home, device and macro setup. I used to notice this anomaly when I first started to use the pronto. It turned out to be a feature. If you use the LEARN mode from the remote control and learn a command from any button on a hidden panel, the scroll arrows appear (assuming that you need to scroll to another panel in the same device). The scroll arrows would remain even after resuming USE mode. Once you reset the remote control or perform a download, which resets it, the scroll arrows will disappear.

Aha, that could be it. I have recently learned (last night) some buttons on the remote. For some reason, learning within ProntoEdit doesn't seem to work so well.
