i had copied a ccf for a TSU2000 that was finished and working for one remote in a home. They have another Pronto TSU2000 for another room. I copied the working ccf and renamed it, downloaded to the next remote and opened up the ccf in Prontoedit. The button alias' did not show up. I also uploaded from the Pronto and still the button alias' were not there. Is this normal, has anyone had this problem. PS. I did notice that one of my Home page icons on the second remote was not appearing as it does in the first one. I am thinking that the second remote may have a problem but i am looking for a second opinion. Thanks dkazz

I couldn't follow exactly what you did.
However, if you merge two complete CCFs (in ProntoEdit), you shouldn't lose anything (even if some things have the same name).
If you delete anything before doing a merge, you have to be careful that you don't delete panels/buttons that are referred to in aliases.

also if you did not do a merge, but you did a copy/paste then the alias connections are lost
