I'm trying to program a philips 32PT series TV into a Pronto Pro remote. It appears the original remote control alternates signals each time the power button is pressed (presumeably one is one and one is off). I learn one as ON and the next as OFF and they work PERFECTLY as discrete codes...until I press any other button on the remote (ie. 1, 2, etc.). Then the discrete power codes reverse, off turns the set on and vice versa... I've never come upon this before with any other brand TV. I then thought that since this is a new TV and the Pro is obviously current, that there may be some Philips codes to discretely control the set. Low and behold there are, but they suffer from the same problem. After lot's of toil and trial I conquered the quirckiest ever 111 & 122 discretes known to man (remote actually changes ir data when 1 is pressed after 1 or 2 is pressed after 1,2 to allow 3 digit channel entries. Anyone have any ideas on the power discretes?
