Methinks you'll be the best judge of that. Take a look at the files.

I think everyone thinks their CCF is the best, and they are right, since it is the best one for their setup and possibly caries their interests. Like djy said you are the only judge.

If downloads are any indication, Daniel Tonks CCF is clearly the winner.

Aside from the downloads, from a looks standpoint there are many nice CCF files, complete systems and individual equipment.
HOWEVER, the best by far is the newly released and much anticipated complete CCF from Daniel, it is in the file libraries and as of last night the very first one listed, the sample screen shots all over this site has one of the screens from this CCF on it.

Duncan: If you are interested in graphics then the best place is to go [Link: remotecentral.com] and then look at the "original" section (there is one for color and one for B&W. But this is more interesting for buttons and not necessarily for full design

Umm, do you have a link or something?
Is it in the files? Color, B&W?

The best looking CCF?
That would be the one you think is best looking. I'm not aware of an objective standard for beauty. The one with the most downloads would be the most popular. Since most people download several and mix and match to form their own combinations, I bet they would ultimately vote for their own.
