First of all, do you have any docking stations in stock? If not do we put our name on a list or how do we go about getting one from you.

I have seen many posts about the on of toggle question but I have a question about the video "source" (video 1, video 2, ETC). Do remotes have seperate codes for these as well? I do not know how to get my tv to the correct source? Any suggestions.

Eric,

1) We are still on backorder on docks, although I expect a large numebr in soon. I have many on backorder with Philips and yes, we have a list for backorders so if you want, I will be happy to place you on the wait list.

2) The best approach to doing the correct VID(AUX) selection is based upon the fact that when there are no functional explicit codes available(which is most often the case still) that you first verify the following will work:

Select Video 1, then press a channel key. In most cases, this will drive your tV back to the "tuner" mode. From this mode, you should then be able to select the video input that you want by pressing the TV/VID button "X" number of times. Assuming the above does work, then you simply contruct a macro that executes the same steps that you performed manually. It's a bit of a "trick" in that you don't actually want to go to a channel, but by executing the channle command, it puts the TV in a "known" mode which can be toggled from appropriately.
I hope this helps.

Let me know how you make out.

Thanks Jack! You are correct...my Panasonic superflat does do that and I should be able to create that macro. I will be calling you in order to place an order for the dock. I appreciate your help with this forum.

Do the macros have to be in the macro screen or could they be incorporated in a device menu?

Eric,
At present, I believe the macro has to live in the macro section on the remote. Although I have done little programming via the on screen interface, I am fairly certian that this is true.
However, no dispare, the ProntoEdit PC software allows macros under any key anywhere so I suggect that you create the macor now then once you're PC software equiped, upload the existing file into ProntoEdit and move the macro to another key as desired.
I'm very glad this worked for you. Pronto on!

Keith,
So noted...will add you to the list....should be soon.
