I have a bit of a problem that I can't seem to correct and Philips was unable also. The question:
The hard buttons on the remote will only work when the touchscreen is lit. When it sleeps (goes blank) the hard keys won't control volume, change channel, etc. What did I do wrong in the programming to cause this? I cant find anything in the manual either. I'm sure it's something easy for all of you remote pros. What do you think?

Darren,
I had this happen with the volume only keys. Try reflashing the firmware. Worked for me. As an alternative, if you're not using ProntoEdit, turning the button lights off also worked.

Peter, the versions are:
sys v3.6
app v4.81
free memory 82%
Does that answer any questions? I have to admit I'm not very handy with this thing. I haven't taken the time to really learn it.
