Is this "EXACTY" like the TS 2000? If not, what's the difference? Should I buy it if I can get a great deal? It comes with a docking station too. Is the docking station "EXACTLY" like the one for the TS 2000? Thanks!!

No, it is more closely related to its predecessor the TS-1000. The only place it resembles the TSU-2000 closely is in the color. The docking stations are the same for all Prontos, It comes in two parts, the charger and the power transformer. All docks use the same charger part but the transformer needs to be for your country.
