Because i work with ProntoEdit, i never use marco. Also, i use rarely the home button,the device tab and the remote control icon. I search one solution for using the system area (20% of the touch screen)
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE OR USE THIS AREA ?

No, the only thing you can do is change the icon for the Home button.
